Q3. Do you offer plant pots samples?
A.We are glad to provide plant pots samples for you, while, you're required to pay sample charge and the freight.
Q4. Can you provide OEM service?

Q5. What about the lead time for bulk production?
A.It will depend on the design and order quantity, normally it will be 20-40 days after the payment. Some of standard items we keep in stock, please check with our salesman about the stock situation first.
Q6.After receipt of goods, how to do if they have any quality problems?
A.1.you should take a picture for quality problem's part.
2.note down the quality problem products quantity.
3.find the quality problem products order no.(PI no.)
